Our Rationale
Sporting communities are often spread across a wide geographical area. Current technology (primarily web based) has a significant role to play in communicating cost-effectively with this membership base. Traditional communication has been cumbersome and expensive.

Online systems and tools empower stakeholders at all levels and provide a strong platform to develop the sport. Relevant, timely communication serves to strengthen and retain the membership base of players, fans and supporters. Identify registered members easily and communicate effectively with them. Sports organisations can provide services to develop the sport rather than focus on day to day administration.

Sports’ Gatekeepers
Traditionally sports are organised on a hierarchical pyramid structure. The members at the grassroots are associated with local clubs, which report to regional organisations that report to a national body. The national body governs the sport, the regional bodies operate the sport and the local clubs participate in the sport. In this structure, regional and club administrators are the gateway for communication to the members (participants) of the sport.
Providing systems, processes and strategies for the flow and nature of communication is strategically critical for the individuals accountable for the task.

| Future Proof
RealSports’ solution enables sport to prepare for the changing landscape of sports participation and the fluid structures of sporting communities. As sporting communities move from the traditional club structures to more informal participation methods, web based solutions are ideal to manage and communicate with these communities.

Effective Communication
The key is to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time. Quite simply, sports need to provide effective, meaningful and timely communication with all stakeholders of the code. This includes management, administration, regions, clubs, volunteers/supporters, media, and in particular, the people at the grassroots of the game.
